How to log into CampusPress and access your site (Student Guide)

Your teacher should inform you as to whether you will need to use CampusPress to create either a showcase portfolio, blog or website. Whatever the reason for using CampusPress, the way to access it is the same.

If you are using CampusPress to create a showcase portfolio, your CampusPress site will have already been created for you in advance. Therefore, you will just need to log in for the first time to access the site.

Logging into CampusPress

  1. In a web browser, navigate to showcase.lse.ac.uk.

2. Click Use My School Username

3. If you are already signed into an LSE Office 365 application, such as Outlook, Word or OneNote, you will be automatically signed in. If you are not already signed into an LSE Office 365 application, you will need to sign in with your LSE email address and password. You will also need you Multi-Factor Authentication device close by to complete your sign in.

If you experience any difficulties with your LSE IT credentials, please contact DTS at tech.support@lse.ac.uk

Accessing your CampusPress Site

Once you have logged in, you should see My Sites in the top left hand corner of the screen. Hover over this to see all the sites to which you have access.

Your personal sites will have the name of your programme/course and you own name in the title.

If you hover over the site you wish to access, you will be given the option to visit the Dashboard, create a New Post, Manage Comments or Visit Site.

You can edit the site by choosing Dashboard.

If you visit the Dashboard, you will have access to Settings through the sidebar. One setting that you must NOT change is the Site Title. This must remain as created by the administrators because it has been chosen to help both you and staff to distinguish between your own and other students' sites. However, you may choose to change the Tagline for the site.
