What is a Class site on CampusPress and how to access it (Student Guide)

Class sites are mainly used for administrative purposes and, as a student, you may not be required to make use of them. However, your teacher will use the class site to collate all individual student sites, so they can access them quickly and easily. If a class site is in use, your site will have been automatically added to it.

How to access a class site

  1. Log into CampusPress

  2. Hover over My Sites in the top left hand corner of the screen. The class sites to which you have access will be displayed in your list of sites. These will be denoted by the presence of the word ‘Class’ in the title of the site.

3. Click on the class site you wish to access.

Can I edit a class site?

Students aren’t usually given permission to edit class sites. When you hover over a Class site, you may only see Dashboard and Visit Site.

If this is the case, your teacher has disabled student posting on the class site. If your teacher has disabled student posting on the Class site, you will not be able to edit this.
