CampusPress: Student Guides

What is CampusPress?

During the course of your studies you may be asked to create a blog, showcase portfolio or site. CampusPress is an online tool that you can use for any of these purposes. LSE’s CampusPress sites are hosted at showcase.lse.ac.uk.

CampusPress is based on the more widely known web publishing platform, WordPress but also contains class management functionality. Individual student sites are connected to a central class site run by the class teacher.

CampusPress sites give you the opportunity to create, share, and curate multimedia materials for your modules. Once you have been set up with your own site, you can create posts or static pages. Within these you can add a range of content, including images, text, files, video or audio.
