Download exam scripts for students who have completed both online and offline versions of the exam. Once downloaded and outside Digiexam, these hybrid scripts should be treated as paper exams and follow the processes for offline marking.

Navigate to the exam summary

At this point, the student identities have not been anonymised. Do not enable anonymisation, as the Student Code will be used in the PDF to maintain anonymity in the scripts.

Click the “Print or download” button, this will take you to the print results page.

On the "Print Results" page, follow these steps:

1. Select Students:

   • Make sure only hybrid students (those who took the exam in both online and offline formats) are selected under the “Student” section.

   • Ensure all 20 questions are selected.

2. Adjust Name Settings:

   • Show Name: Leave unchecked.

   • Show Student Code: Check this box.

   • Show E-mail: Leave unchecked.

Process for identifying students with LON. Impact on exam marking to be determined by IR. Steps:

Anonymise candidates

On the exam summary page, click the “Anonymise exam” button. This will hide students' personal details and replace their names with generic identifiers such as Student 1, Student 2, etc.

Download grading spreadsheet

Click the down arrow next to ‘Download grades spreadsheet’ and select the option: Indicate unanswered questions with “-”

Identify students with LONs

In the downloaded spreadsheet, each student’s name is accompanied by their assigned identifier. Please note these identifiers for students with "LON" and ensure they are passed on to the marker.
